The Profilis PaincAth® catheter is a medical device that, thanks to its micro-perforations, allows the continuous administration of analgesic medications directly at the site of a surgical wound.

The available perforation lengths (2.5, 5, 7.5, 10, 15, 20, 25, or 30 cm), depending on the model, make it adaptable to different surgical wound sizes according to the type of surgery (e.g., spinal, pediatric, orthopedic, laparotomy, urological, visceral, gynecological, cesarean, etc.).

The perforations layout of these holes is designed to obtain an optimal and regular diffusion throughout the subcutaneous tissues. The distal end is blocked by a titanium round end (ORX). A luer-lock adaptor allows the connection on the line of perfusion.
